Executive Producers
Problem finding exec. Producers for shows.
Ryan said he would be the exec producer for the show he’s hosting
February 18th has no exec producer, Jamie to call list and find one.
Ask the Chancellor
April 1, 2005 will be the next ATC show.
Jamie has nominated two audience members.
Keep observing members to find possible “good crew” selection
This ATC show will not be “Sunday’s best” attire per Sarah
TIME WARNER cable
Would like Bclub to find best shows and air them soon
Exec board needs to determine when and which show to air
Show programming schedule
Needs to be revised according to positions that are filled/not filled
Executive members have the ultimate “say” whether or not a show will air if studio spots go filled/unfilled.
Next time…
Meet prior to GB meeting and discuss agenda for GB meeting. 5:00p.m.
Decide which shows will air
Clean out the studio one Saturday this month
